About the Job

We are looking for a warm and friendly individual to join our team as a Relief Care and Support Assistant. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, providing personalized support and care.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about supporting the wellbeing of older adults and have a willingness to learn and connect. A Health and Social Care Level 2 qualification is beneficial but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality, individualized support to residents
  • Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Organizing activities and outings to promote social interaction
  • Booking appointments and managing resident records
