About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Primary Healthcare Associate to join our team at Digitaltidewave. As a Clinical Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our healthcare team by carrying out a range of clinical tasks.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Perform venepuncture, ECGs, and other clinical procedures.
  2. Support clinicians in patient care and assist with administrative tasks.
  3. Conduct regular stock checks and reorder stock as needed.
  4. Provide excellent customer service to patients and colleagues alike.

You will also be responsible for referring to a supervising member of the clinical team if unsure or if deviation from protocol is required.
