Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Clinical Family Therapist to join our team at Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our clinical service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, specialist psychological therapy services to clients, their families, or carers.

Main Responsibilities:
• To work as a member of the clinical service / team, providing a high quality, specialist psychological therapy service to clients, their families, or carers.
• To support psychological practice within the team through consultation, supervision, formulation, and training and by participating in systematic clinical governance.
• To work with complex presentations suitable for psychological therapy in the team, utilising a high level of knowledge and experience and adapting approaches as appropriate, with regard to evidence-based practice.

Requirements:
• A recognised post graduate qualification in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy (or equivalent).
• Accreditation in Family and Systemic Psychotherapy with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
• A recognised qualification in one of the core mental health professions recognised by the Association of Family Therapy (AFT): Clinical, Counselling or Educational Psychology, Social Work, Psychiatry, Teaching (with substantial counselling experience), Mental Health Nursing, Arts Therapies, Counselling (BACP accredited) Occupational Therapy
• Evidence of relevant continuing professional development.
• Evidence of post qualification training in clinical supervision.
• Commitment to and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary team working.
• Ability to travel across sites.
• Punctual and flexible across hours of work when required.

Salary: £63,000 - £84,559 per annum.
