Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Travel Programme Coordinator, responsible for creating bespoke itineraries for our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Utilising our supplier relationships to create unique travel experiences for our clients
  • Liaison and negotiation with existing and new suppliers to develop our product portfolio
  • Effective communication and information sharing between internal teams across international offices
  • Representing the company at trade events and building relationships with industry experts
What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in the luxury travel industry, ideally in a procurement role
  • Strong numeracy and communication skills, both written and verbally
  • Professional telephone etiquette and the ability to work well in a team
  • Comfortable using digital tools to complete daily tasks and analytical approach
  • Willingness to travel and creativity in programme design
About the Role

You will be responsible for creating bespoke itineraries that cater to the interests of our clients, recommending destinations and activities that combine to form the perfect experience. You will work closely with our suppliers and industry experts to develop our product portfolio and build relationships that we can leverage to create unique access for our travellers.

We encourage you to travel and attend trade events as a buyer, visiting destinations and learning about new products and services. You will then take responsibility for educating our teams, sharing your knowledge and expertise with our sales, marketing and operations staff.

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual who is passionate about travel and golf. If you have a commercial and creative approach, great communication skills and a desire to learn and develop, we want to hear from you.
