Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee compliance with regulations, laws, quality standards, and policies to achieve a minimum of "Good" CQC inspection rating.
  • Implement consistent application of policies, procedures, and approved practices, aligning with business objectives and values.
  • Identify and recruit high-quality care assistants, provide excellent training, and maintain high retention rates.
  • Evaluate the provision of staff training and ensure delivery of exceptional care services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.
  • Develop efficient scheduling to guarantee timely delivery of allocated care by care assistants.
About the Role:

This position requires a strong understanding of CQC assessment criteria for "Good" or "Outstanding" scores, as well as management experience within the care industry, preferably in domiciliary care.
