Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to clients
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the needs of clients
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Recruit, train, and develop care staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent care

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
  • Experience in leadership and management within the care sector
  • Valid driving licence
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
