About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Care Worker to join our team at Total Community Care Limited. As a Specialist Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including assistance with medication administration, catheter care, and bowel management.
- Assist individuals with appointments and daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of care and support provided.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will have experience working with individuals with complex needs, particularly those with spinal injuries, bowel management, and catheter care. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
