About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team at AMR - Specialist Property Recruiters. As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for developing the business through meeting and sales performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend site meetings with developers to discuss sales strategies and progress.
  • Exceed weekly and monthly sales targets by negotiating with potential buyers and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with clients after viewings to ensure their needs are met and provide regular updates on the sales process.
  • Attend viewings and provide detailed feedback to clients and developers.
  • Ensure all sales leads are followed up and converted into sales.
  • Provide high-level administration support to the sales team, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure the sales team is always ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • Experience in new homes sales, estate agency, or lettings.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional and well-presented, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the property industry and market trends.
