Job Title: HR Director

London Medical Associates West London GP Federation is seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers on HR-related matters.
  3. Lead the development and implementation of recruitment and retention initiatives.
  4. Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and reports.
  5. Collaborate with the Training and Research Management Lead to develop career pathways and apprenticeships.
  6. Support managers in their use of a centralized HR and employee platform.
  7. Develop and deliver an annual staff survey and present recommendations to the Board.

Requirements:

  • Degree or CIPD in HR.
  • Experience of working in Primary Care.
  • Experience of developing recruitment and retention initiatives.
  • Experience of developing policies, procedures, and reports around recruitment and retention.
