**Job Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled International Sales Director to lead our team in international sales of books in the English language.

The successful candidate will be an integral part of the International Sales Team, responsible for managing all facets of our day-to-day interactions with partners in North America, driving sales across all imprints.

This is a full-time, permanent role based in London with flexibility to work from home each week.

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum

Responsibilities
  • Main sales contact for Macmillan US and Canadian distributor PGC
  • Develop and implement strategy for new titles and backlist to drive growth
  • Work alongside internal and freelance publicity/marketing partners in the US and Canada to generate marketing and publicity exposure
  • Manage International Sales Executive for North America
  • Collaborate with Digital Manager to implement promotions and drive sales with digital retailers
