Night Care Team Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Senior Care Assistant to manage our care team at GO AHEAD RECRUITMENT LIMITED in Felixstowe.
This role involves leading shifts, supervising 2-3 Care Assistants, and administering medication safely and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care at all times.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others. You should also be medication administration trained and competent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead shifts and supervise 2-3 Care Assistants
- Administer medication safely and effectively
- Maintain the highest standards of care at all times

Requirements:

Estimated Salary: £41,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a competitive package.
