Job Title: Senior Healthcare Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Night Senior Care Assistant to support our team at GO AHEAD RECRUITMENT LIMITED.

This role will be based in Felixstowe, where we provide care services for up to 24 service users with dementia and/or mental health issues. Our home boasts an 'Outstanding' CQC rating.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to lead shifts, supervise 2-3 Care Assistants, and administer medication safely and effectively. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of care at all times.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others. You should also be medication administration trained and competent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead shifts and supervise 2-3 Care Assistants
  • Administer medication safely and effectively
  • Maintain the highest standards of care at all times
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and service users

Requirements:

  • Experienced and skilled Night Senior Care Assistant
  • Medication administration training and competence
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to caring for others

Estimated Salary: £38,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a competitive package.
