Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Care Assistant to work at Maynell House in Felixstowe. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role
This is a full-time position working 36 hours per week on night shifts. You will be responsible for:
- Supervising the care team to ensure they deliver the best possible care
- Administering medication as required
- Mentoring junior staff members to support their development
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Senior Care Assistant or in a supervisory role within a care home environment
- Ability to write and update care plans effectively
