Care and Support Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Care and Support Team Lead to join our team at Sanctuary Supported Living. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead a team of Care and Support Assistants in providing exceptional care and support services to our customers.
About the Role:
This role will involve leading a team to provide personal care and support to customers, encouraging them to enhance their independence and personal potential. You will work closely with staff to ensure safe handling of medication and promote safe practices and undertake risk assessments as appropriate.
The successful candidate will have previous experience supervising a team, a personalised approach to care and support, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to form positive relationships with people from varied backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of Care and Support Assistants
- Providing personal care and support to customers
- Safe handling of medication
- Promoting safe practices and undertaking risk assessments
Salary: £12.67 per hour.
