Specialist Therapeutic Education Role at Remedy Education

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Neurodiverse Education Professional to join our team. This role involves working directly with high-risk and complex neurodiverse pupils, providing them with a supportive and tailored education.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year's experience working with similar pupils in a recognized setting. They should also possess substantial experience supporting neurodiverse children with ASC and/or SEMH, as well as an understanding of the potential implications for communication, learning, and behavior patterns.

In this role, you will work closely with educationalists, therapists, social workers, and experts in nurturing and therapeutic education. You will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs of each pupil.
