About the Role

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Adult Mental Health Senior Social Worker to work on a locum basis in Bexley.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary teams to provide high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing effective support plans.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, sharing knowledge and expertise to achieve outstanding outcomes.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, adhering to strict safeguarding protocols to ensure the well-being of our clients.

Requirements:

  • Holding a degree in social work or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with Social Work England.
  • Proven experience in adult mental health services, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care.

Annual Salary: We offer a competitive annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000, dependent on experience.
