Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Adult Mental Health Care Coordinator to join our team at Whiston A&E. As a key member of our Core 24 team, you will be responsible for coordinating care for individuals presenting to the Emergency Department in times of crisis or referred from acute general hospital wards.
In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess service users' needs, develop care plans, and ensure timely interventions. You will also be responsible for supervising unqualified staff, participating in safeguarding meetings, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-registration experience in mental health, excellent leadership and management skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
