NHS Specialist Health Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nurse to lead our hepatology service at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the one-stop clinic, assessing its value from a patient experience perspective and improving waiting times for appointments.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with hepatology nursing, ideally have some experience of running outpatient clinics and a desire to work with potentially vulnerable patients, supporting their health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the one-stop clinic and assess its value from a patient experience and service perspective
- Support current work with patients attending the emergency department who are found to have Hep B or Hep C, ensuring they are identified, treated and referred on as appropriate to community services
- Have knowledge and experience with hepatology nursing, ideally with some experience of running outpatient clinics
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as excellent benefits including a pension scheme, generous annual leave entitlement and opportunities for professional development.
