Job Summary: Alcon seeks a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to drive business growth and customer partnerships in the Surgical portfolio.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the National Sales Manager and be responsible for developing customer relationships, driving sales outcomes, and managing a multi-disciplinary sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional business plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to drive mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to sales team members to strengthen their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement marketing strategies and provide feedback on field performance.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven management experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Ophthalmology or Medical Devices industries.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong customer relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.
