Job Overview

The Advanced SciTech global sales team requires a leader who can drive growth by aligning sales support and operational efforts. This role plays a pivotal part in strategic planning for segment prioritization, product development, and go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute effective sales models to drive revenue
  • Direct a team of 5-7 members, setting and achieving sales goals
  • Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements and ensure CRM accuracy
  • Guide the team on account development, winning strategies, executive relationship building, and customer interactions
  • Cultivate strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts
  • Shape product launches and training initiatives
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, providing feedback and analytical insights
  • Collaborate with marketing, research, and leadership for brand alignment
  • Manage and develop team members' skills and performance

Requirements

  • Proven sales leadership experience in solution-oriented sales models
  • Sales performance and CRM proficiency, including Microsoft Office and sales metrics
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Customer service and negotiation expertise
  • Proven leadership across experience levels
  • Flexibility to travel as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
