Sales Director Leadership Position

Job Overview
The Advanced SciTech global sales team requires a leader who can drive growth by aligning sales support and operational efforts. This role plays a pivotal part in strategic planning for segment prioritization, product development, and go-to-market initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute effective sales models to drive revenue
- Direct a team of 5-7 members, setting and achieving sales goals
- Analyze performance metrics to drive improvements and ensure CRM accuracy
- Guide the team on account development, winning strategies, executive relationship building, and customer interactions
- Cultivate strategic customer relationships with key decision-makers in major accounts
- Shape product launches and training initiatives
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, providing feedback and analytical insights
- Collaborate with marketing, research, and leadership for brand alignment
- Manage and develop team members' skills and performance
Requirements
- Proven sales leadership experience in solution-oriented sales models
- Sales performance and CRM proficiency, including Microsoft Office and sales metrics
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach
- Effective communication and team management skills
- Customer service and negotiation expertise
- Proven leadership across experience levels
- Flexibility to travel as needed, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
