About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Riverside. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing housing-related support to our customers, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide housing-related support to customers, including assistance with daily living tasks, budgeting, and accessing community resources.
  • Work closely with customers to develop and implement personalized support plans, focusing on their strengths and goals.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
  • Conduct regular reviews and assessments to monitor customer progress and adjust support plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and support provided.

Requirements

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those experiencing homelessness or complex needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing customer needs.
  • Basic IT skills and proficiency in using digital platforms for record-keeping and communication.
