Job Title: Broker Consultant

Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the healthcare industry where you can leverage your technical insurance knowledge to drive business growth? We are seeking a skilled Broker Consultant to join our London-based team, working closely with our Global Broking Centre to deliver market-leading solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and contribute to the marketing and negotiation of business within the Lloyd's and Company Markets
  • Work closely with network colleagues to deliver market-leading solutions to Aon clients
  • Develop and maintain effective client relationships
  • Provide technical insurance advice and guidance to clients and colleagues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our clients receive the best possible service
Requirements:
  • Excellent technical insurance knowledge and experience in the London Market
  • Ability to interpret and use data effectively
  • Sound understanding of London insurance market dynamics and core processes
  • Experience of managing effective client relationships
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good level of numeracy
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of compliance and FCA regulation
