Integral UK LTD is seeking a Commercial Sales Executive - Fire Safety Solutions to join our sales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure best value costings are achieved.

About the Company

We deliver and service complex fire protection and security solutions to protect what matters most to our clients. Our focus is on the lifetime value of a project, meaning we can design, supply, install, test, and maintain all types of sprinklers, gas suppression, fire detection, and integrated security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to achieve best value costings
  • Collaborate with operational teams to increase engineer lead generation and quality
  • Generate contract renewal proposals to retain existing customers
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience in the fire engineering industry
  • Strong understanding of fire engineering service contracts
  • Knowledge of construction programs, building regulations, and fire industry standards and legislation
  • Creative approach with ability to maintain positive customer relationships
  • Strong commercial awareness with numerical skills

The estimated salary for this position is £65,000-£85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, company pension scheme, life assurance, and health cash plan. You will also be eligible to join the sales incentive plan.
