Job Description

As a Sales Performance Executive at JLA Group, you will play a crucial role in driving customer growth and revenue expansion.

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team, working closely with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Making outbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and expand existing relationships
  • Managing customer accounts to ensure seamless service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Developing and executing targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Cross-selling and upselling products and services to customers
  • Selling value-added services to complement our equipment offerings
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and KPIs set by the company
Requirements:
  • A collaborative and positive attitude, with excellent communication skills
  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation, telesales, and transactional sales
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a focus on results
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
