Job Description

We seek an ambitious and driven Sales Growth Manager to join our team. As a key player, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company.

As a member of our team, you will be at the forefront of recognizing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions across multiple products and propositions. Your strong self-management skills, financial acumen, and ability to consistently meet or exceed expectations will make you a valuable asset to our organization.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
