As a Territory Sales Lead, you will be part of our close-knit team that values growth mindset and collaboration. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts within your designated territory. This includes identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with customers, and negotiating deals. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of sales activity and provide regular updates to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, with the potential to earn up to £75k to £80k per annum through bonuses paid monthly. You will also receive 22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, Perkbox benefits, and a company car (BMW iX or i5) with fuel expenses paid. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in sales and account management.
