Job Title: Key Account Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Development Manager to join our team in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing key accounts and a proven track record collaborating closely with POD manufacturers, contractors, and understanding of the specification sales process.

About the Role:
  • Act as main point of contact between our company and their POD manufacturing partners.
  • Respond to and manage POD enquiries from new and existing customers.
  • Pro-actively seek additional business with new POD partners and grow existing accounts.
  • Grow relationships with main contractors for the purpose of creating partnerships between themselves, our company, and their POD manufacturing partners.
  • Work closely with the project and residential specification teams to secure POD specifications.
  • Liaise with other commercial departments to maximise POD business opportunities.
About You:
  • You will have a strong commercial acumen and product knowledge.
  • Ability to manage workloads efficiently.
  • Patient and understanding nature.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Desire to make improvements.
  • Confidence to review current procedures and suggest new ideas.
What We Offer:

A strong basic salary of up to £60,000 per annum + 20% OTE + low tax company car or travel allowance + pension + healthcare + 27 days holiday (including your birthday & Christmas Eve) + mobile + laptop + career development opportunities.
