**Job Description:** We're looking for a skilled **Group Activity Coordinator** to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a Group Activity Coordinator, you'll be responsible for setting up and running activity groups across our four extra care services.

You'll work closely with service users to understand their interests and preferences, planning engaging sessions that cater to their needs. Your tasks will include:

  • Developing and delivering activity programs that promote social interaction and skill-building
  • Ensuring sessions are well-planned, organized, and safe
  • Communicating effectively with service users, staff, and volunteers
  • Maintaining accurate records of activity participation and engagement

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications, as well as opportunities for professional development and growth.
