We are looking for a family support coordinator to join the Home-Start Perinatal & Parent Infant Mental Health Team (as part of the wider Family Hubs service in Tameside), supporting expectant parents to prepare for the arrival of baby both practically and emotionally.

You will also support families to strengthen their relationship with their baby as part of the Parent-Infant Mental Health pathway. Working with parents who have mild to moderate mental health needs you will provide direct support and coordinate our volunteers, in close partnership with specialist services, forming a vital conduit for ensuring families’ needs are identified and met at the earliest opportunity. This is a varied role and will also include delivery of group sessions and supporting families online.

**Hours**: 36 hours per week
**Salary**:NJC 12 - 20 (Currently £24,496 - £28,371)
**Main Base**:HOST office in Audenshaw, working across TamesideWe offer a hybrid working model and flexible working across core hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

**Salary**: £24,496.00-£28,371.00 per year
