**We are looking for a new staff members to support in our Community Projects, we are looking for staff who have experience in supporting Vulnerable adults with mental health and/or substance misuse and have a Minimum of a Level 2 in Health and social care or equivalent.**
We are a Supported Living Company, who house and support vulnerable adults with mental health and substance misuse issues. We are looking to recruit support staff to expand our team of experienced staff in to a new area. who recognises that when you are supporting vulnerable adults, every decision matters. We work and support our Adults following a person centered approach.
Successful applicants will ideally have experience in mental health support, we offer a training programmer to our staff. As a member of the team you will need a real passion for providing a high standard of support that enables our Vulnerable Adults to be as independent as they can, learn and develop there daily living skills, stay healthy and most importantly, make meaningfully use of their time, being proactive, and make good decisions.
You must be available to commit to working Monday to Friday. Additional pay will be offered if any out of hours work is necessary. This will be in line with the needs of both Client and Staff member.

**Salary**: Starting salary £12 per hour and mileage expense.
Quarterly financial incentives also offered as well as additional pay for being contactable out of hours.

**Experience**:
- Mental Health: 1 year (preferred)
- Substance Addiction: 1 Year (preferred)
- You will need at least 3 - 6 months of working with Mental Health experience for this role (required)
- A great character
- Self Motivator.
**Education**:
- Level 2 Health and social Care or Equivalent

- DRIVING (Most)
- Business insurance (required)
