Injection Molding Supervisor

We are seeking a Night Supervisor to work under instruction from the Production Management. The Night Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of employees and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. This is a hands-on role that requires processing injection molding and working with thermoplastic materials

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the night shift team
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to employees
- Monitor workflow and ensure that production targets are met
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control ensuring ISO 9001 standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the shift
Hours are 6pm to 6am Monday to Thursday

This is a temporary role with potential to become permanent.

**Salary**: £12.30-£13.85 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
