Role Summary

We are seeking a Weekly Social Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating social activities and events that promote engagement and inclusion among our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate social activities, including coffee mornings and outings
  • Develop relationships with residents and understand their individual needs and preferences
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is £22,000 - £28,000 per annum (pro rata), depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive comprehensive training and support, including an induction program and ongoing supervision. You will also have access to our online volunteer support network group, where you can connect with other volunteers and share best practices.
