We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Mentor Assistant to join our team at Ribbons and Reeves Limited, located in Richmond.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing one-to-one support to students who require additional guidance in developing positive behaviours, working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff, and contributing to a structured learning environment that fosters personal growth and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Experience working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Our Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of £36,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
