SEND and Learning Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled SEND and Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Ad Warrior in Rotherham.
This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of learners who require additional support.
As a SEND and Learning Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assessing and supporting learners with diverse needs, including those with diagnosed Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
You will work closely with learners, their families, schools, and external agencies to develop personalized support plans that cater to their individual needs and goals.
The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of SEND, excellent communication skills, and empathy. They will also possess a strong understanding of the JCQ exam regulations and the duties of mainstream Further Education providers.
With a salary of up to £32,199 per annum, this is an attractive opportunity for individuals passionate about making a positive impact on learner outcomes.
