About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Russell Group Graduate to join our team as an Education Support Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate with a passion for teaching and learning to support students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in a secondary school setting.

Job Description: As an Education Support Specialist, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide individualized support to students with SEND. Your role will involve working with students across year groups and subjects, supporting them with their academic and pastoral needs, and helping to develop their skills and confidence.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEND, tailored to their specific needs and abilities.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Support students with their academic and pastoral needs, including homework, projects, and extracurricular activities.
  • Assist with the development of student independence and self-confidence.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a relevant subject, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff. You will also need to be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances.

Salary: The salary for this role is up to £520 per week, inclusive of holiday pay, paid via PAYE.
