Key Responsibilities

As an Exam Access Arrangements and SEND Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring learners with special educational needs and disabilities have equal access to education.

Your primary responsibility will be to assess and implement suitable exam access arrangements for learners with registered SEND needs, adhering to JCQ guidelines and regulations.

You will also work collaboratively with the Additional Learning Support Team to develop and implement individualized support plans that cater to the diverse needs of learners.

A key aspect of this role will be building strong relationships with learners, their families, and external agencies to ensure seamless support and progress.

The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of SEND legislation, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to creating an inclusive learning environment.
