About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Network Operations Manager to join our team at UNiDAYS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for owning the operational and technical relationships with our large affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial, new business, and product teams to identify and address technical and operational issues related to affiliate networks.
  • Proactively review and analyze tracking data with affiliate networks and key partners to improve accuracy, increase data attributes, and enhance business performance.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve affiliate network tracking and attribution, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Support internal teams in understanding affiliate network tracking and attribution, providing expertise and guidance as needed.
  • Work closely with commercial teams and partners to identify and address technical queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on leveraging affiliate networks.
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future products and features.
  • Establish regular check-ins with key affiliate networks to discuss integration development and new features.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in working directly with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective.
  • Understanding of different approaches to tracking and attribution, including App-specific considerations.
  • Partner-facing experience with a consultative approach to identify issues and opportunities.
  • Analytics mindset with experience in analyzing complex data to inform approach.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience supporting partners with API integrations.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business and partner demand.
