Role: Affiliate Network Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as an Affiliate Network Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and optimizing our affiliate network, ensuring its success and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain high-performing affiliates.
  • Monitor affiliate performance, identify trends, and provide insights to optimize campaigns.
  • Manage affiliate relationships, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering strong partnerships.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of affiliate programs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in managing affiliate networks or similar partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in using affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
  • A passion for digital marketing and a desire to stay up-to-date on industry best practices.
