About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Network Operations Manager to join our team at UNiDAYS. As a key member of our partnership team, you will be responsible for owning the operational and technical relationships with our large affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and direct partnerships to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including commercial, finance, and product, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Proactively review and analyze tracking data with affiliate networks and key partners to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial operations.
  • Support new business activity by providing domain expertise on affiliate network tracking and attribution.
  • Work closely with category leaders to identify and address issues with tracking or potential lost attribution.
  • Lead affiliate network integration and audit initiatives to identify areas of potential lost revenue and develop plans to address.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to commercial teams and partners on affiliate network integration and troubleshooting.
  • Establish regular check-ins with key affiliate networks to discuss integration development and new features.
  • Support internal teams to increase their knowledge of affiliate tracking and its applications across the business.
Requirements
  • Significant experience in working directly with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective.
  • Understanding of different approaches to tracking and attribution, including App-specific considerations.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business and partner demand.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in looking at complex data to identify trends and abnormalities.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience in supporting partners with API integration.
