About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Network Operations Manager to join our team at UNiDAYS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for owning the operational and technical relationships with our large affiliate networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with commercial, new business, and product teams to identify and address technical and operational issues related to affiliate tracking and attribution.
  • Proactively review and analyze affiliate network tracking data to identify trends, abnormalities, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement solutions to address technical and operational issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on affiliate network tracking and attribution, ensuring accurate and timely data.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of affiliate network technologies, industry trends, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in working directly with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate network tracking and attribution, including App-specific considerations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and abnormalities in data.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and API integration.
