Affiliate Network Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Affiliate Network Operations Manager to join our team at UNiDAYS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for owning the operational and technical relationships with our large affiliate networks.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate networks and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Collaborate with commercial, new business, and product teams to identify and address technical and operational issues related to affiliate networks.
- Proactively review and analyze tracking data with affiliate networks and key partners to improve accuracy, increase data attributes, and enhance business performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve affiliate network tracking and attribution, and drive business growth through data-driven insights.
- Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams and partners on affiliate network integration and API usage.
- Work closely with category leaders to identify and address issues with tracking or potential lost attribution, and develop plans to address and drive improvements.
- Lead affiliate network integration and audit initiatives to identify areas of potential lost revenue and develop plans to address and drive improvements.
- Assist commercial teams and partners with technical queries, troubleshooting, and guiding them through affiliate network integration.
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future products and features.
- Establish regular check-ins with key affiliate networks to discuss integration development and new features.
- Significant experience in working directly with affiliate network technology from a technical and operational perspective.
- Understanding of different approaches partners/networks take to tracking and attribution, including App-specific considerations.
- Partner-facing experience and ability to demonstrate a consultative approach to identify issues and opportunities.
- Analytics mindset with experience of looking at complex data and identifying trends or abnormalities.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and experience supporting partners with API integration.
- Proven experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing based on business and partner demand.
