**Programme Manager:** Cornwallis Elt is a leading organisation in the Financial Services sector, seeking an experienced Technology Portfolio Manager to join their team in Northampton. This is a permanent position with a salary range of £45,000 - £63,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a large-scale technology programme, encompassing digital and payments services, across multiple global teams. The programme operates in both agile and waterfall environments, requiring a strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with regulatory frameworks.

**Key Responsibilities:*

  • Manage multiple project work streams simultaneously
  • Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication
  • Maintain programme scope, schedule, and budget
  • Implement change projects and manage associated risks

**Requirements:*

  • Proven experience as a PMO or similar role in a large-scale organisation
  • Regulatory / Digital experience highly beneficial
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
