Job Title: E-Commerce Portfolio Manager

Job Description:

In this exciting role, you will lead the development and deployment of an end-to-end portfolio of e-commerce services to drive business growth. You will increase gross profit by introducing new customers and extending offerings to existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through strategic product sales and product channel development.
  • Leverage solutions to meet the needs of UK-based e-commerce customers.
  • Lead complex product sales, develop product sales support, and drive efficiency in business development efforts.
  • Accountable for product customer satisfaction, measured through POR, NPS, and net growth.
  • Delivery of product growth target and sustained growth through product pipeline development and management.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience with blue chip organizations in logistics environments.
  • Good understanding of product management processes, product collateral development, managing sales channels, product costing, customer feedback, and value proposition development.
