About The Role

We are seeking an ENERGETIC and ENTHUSIASTIC customer service specialist to join our team at Taylors. The ideal candidate will have a background in property or be looking to embark on a career in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for fully managing a portfolio of properties across our Taylors brand. This will involve building relationships with internal colleagues and a portfolio of customers, as well as acting as a key contact for our tenants and landlords who require support throughout their tenancy.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have great communication and relationship skills, as well as a passion for delivering a quality customer service. Your day-to-day duties may include:

  • Providing a first-class service to our customers
  • Coordinating urgent and routine repairs
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal colleagues and customers
