About the Role

As a Property Portfolio Specialist at Bright Horizons UK, you will play a crucial role in the management of our nursery properties. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each property operates efficiently and effectively, while also identifying opportunities to add value to the business.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day property operations, coordinating with the finance team to minimize costs, and developing strategic plans for property acquisitions and disposals. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key stakeholders, including landlords and tenants.

In exchange for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus car allowance, and a range of benefits designed to support your well-being and career development.
