We are seeking an Experienced Grill Specialist to join our team at Relic On State. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
About the RoleThis position is ideal for an experienced line cook who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and lead by example. You will be responsible for cooking food orders at stations by following established recipes and presentation standards for grilling, broiling, and sautéing menu items.
Key Responsibilities- Cook food orders at stations, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Ensure that all food prepared meets high quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to kitchen sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience working in food service is preferred.
- Ability to understand and comply with kitchen sanitation, safety and equipment usage, and food storage.
$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
