Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced talent acquisition specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies;
  • Source and attract top talent from diverse pools;
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including interview scheduling and onboarding;

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition;
  • Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent;
