Le Labo Retail Store Assistant Job Opportunity

Job Summary

We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Assistant to join our dynamic team at Le Labo in Soho. As a key member of our store operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless customer experiences and achieving sales targets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced retail environment, and contributing to the success of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hold keys for the store and be responsible for the store opening and closing processes

• Support the management team with daily store operations, including eventing opportunities and processing till transactions

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and maximise customer satisfaction

• Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures

Sales and Service:

• Deliver exceptional customer service, meeting sales expectations and providing tailored experiences to meet customer needs

• Participate in eventing opportunities and support the management team to drive sales and increase customer engagement

• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, managing queues and handling customer queries

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide accurate advice to customers

Product Knowledge & Retail Standards:

• Identify features and benefits of products and provide relevant information to customers

• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our brand and products, maintaining a high level of product knowledge

• Adhere to all store/company retail standards, maintaining a clean and organized store environment

• Support the management team with visual merchandising changes and maintain an up-to-date awareness of new stock, best sellers, and layouts

Operations:

• Required to attend operations and stock management training

• Responsible for the opening and closing of the store, including securing the store and counter at the end of the shift

• Responsible for banking and till balancing, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and provide accurate advice to customers

• Participate in the maintenance of a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures

Salary: £22,500-£24,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Working Hours: 22.5 hours per week, variable shifts.

Location: Soho, London.
