About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our team of Fragrance Specialists at Le Labo. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a high-performing team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and facilities maintenance.
  • Coach and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Ensure a positive and inclusive store environment that reflects the values of Le Labo.

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or luxury goods industry.
  • Experience in sales analysis, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a proven track record of developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country.
