Key Holder Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Holder to join our team at Le Labo in Notting Hill. As a Key Holder, you will play a vital role in supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example to inspire the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Assist with cash handling and reconciliation, as well as opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets.
- Develop and implement effective coaching and mentoring strategies to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.
- Collaborate with the retail team to maintain a high level of store presentation and visual merchandising.
Requirements:
- Proven retail experience, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
